Can the balloons be personalised?
Of course, all of our designs are handmade & can be customised to suit your colour/design scheme. Contact us with your requirements if you are unable to select your personalised option online
Can I add my own items into the balloon?
Yes, if you have a specific item you would like placed in the balloon please get in touch & we will check if the products are suitable for a custom order. We may charge an additional fee for this service
Are the flowers real?
We only use artificial or dried flowers that are long lasting, with no watering, no trimming & no vase needed
Are the balloons designed to be popped?
Our balloons are long lasting and may last up to several months and are designed as a beautiful display item. You are welcome to pop the balloon whenever you feel ready, just be sure to remove any choking hazards first
How do I collect my order?
Free collection in Matraville, or we can deliver for a fee, the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout
How will the balloon be delivered?
The balloon will be delivered in a BB branded gift bag and a greetings card with your message & care instructions included

Get in touch with us and if we have any available stock we will let you know if it is possible to do a rush order
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We require a minimum 3 days notice for bubble balloons and a minimum 7 business days for balloon stacks and balloon hugs to ensure we have the stock & availability to complete your order
We only take a selected amount of orders each day to ensure the quality of our products.
Because our balloons are long lasting, you may order your item ahead of time
What balloons do you use?
Bubble Balloons, 100% natural rubber latex balloons that are fully biodegradable
& foil balloons. These can all be recycled through The Balloon Recycling Australia Program.
What if my balloon pops?
The Balloon Brand takes great care in preparing all orders and as such every item leaves the premise in perfect condition.
We take no responsibility for our products once they have been picked up or after it has been safely delivered.
How long do your balloons last?
Our premium bubble balloons can last several weeks, even months if the correct aftercare is followed
Our air filled Balloon Stack/Hug/Garland can last anywhere from 24 hours to a week.
Oxidation may occur on the latex balloons, however we apply Hi-Shine to our balloons that will assist in keeping the balloons shinier for longer
How do I dispose of my balloon/s?
Once you have reached maximum enjoyment from our balloon creation we encourage you to send back your popped balloon/s to us (this includes latex/foil/bobo) so we can dispose of them through The Balloon Recycling Australia Program.
