Once the product is sold, it is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
Our balloons are made ahead of time to ensure there are no faults or leaks in the product. The Balloon Brand ensures the highest quality of care is taken in the delivery of the order to the nominated delivery address. The Balloon Brand will not be held responsible for any damage or deflation of the balloons/products once delivery has taken place.
It is recommended that the recipient is available to accept delivery of the order. Upon delivery we encourage you to check your order, if it is found to be damaged contact us immediately.
In the very rare case of balloons being damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged product at our earliest opportunity. We may refund the cost of the damaged elements if a replacement is unavailable to be redelivered within a reasonable time.
